Legitimate interest

We process data for, among other things, security, fraud prevention, customer service, dispute resolution, and the improvement of our services.

We ask for consent when legally required, for example for certain cookies or marketing communications. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Our legitimate interests include securing our website, preventing abuse and fraud, improving our services, handling complaints, and protecting our legal position.

6. Payments via Mollie and Cardinity

Payments are processed via Mollie and Cardinity .

When you make a payment, Mollie and/or Cardinity may process personal data necessary to execute, verify, and secure the payment. This may include, among other things, your name, payment method, bank or card-related payment details, transaction number, payment amount, payment status, IP address, and data for fraud prevention.

SocialKings only receives the payment information necessary to process your order, confirm payment, issue refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain records. SocialKings does not store full card numbers or CVC codes in its own webshop database.

Mollie and Cardinity may also process personal data as independent controllers for their own legal, financial, fraud prevention, and payment obligations. The privacy statements of Mollie and Cardinity apply to such processing.

7. Sharing personal data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data.

We only share personal data with third parties if this is necessary for our services, business operations, legal obligations, or legitimate interests.

When a third party processes personal data on our behalf, we make appropriate arrangements to protect your personal data. When a third party is an independent controller, that party is itself responsible for the processing of personal data.
