Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product/service is not as described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honoured.
Client wishes to cancel reoccurring payment of product/service and is within 7 days of the last payment. If a request is made for a refund after 7 days the customer is not eligible, and a cancellation will be completed on all future billing. The customer may continue to receive the service until the end of their billing cycle, or opt for immediate halt of the product/service.
