Do all group members get a notification from a pinned message?

Why don’t you see the Pin option?

You do not have the right permissions

This is the most common cause. Ask the owner to check your admin permissions. Simply being a member of a group is not always enough.

The owner has turned off pinning for members

In a large group, this is a normal and safe setting. Ask an authorized admin to pin the message for you.

You are in the wrong chat or topic

Check the name at the top of the screen. A channel, discussion group, topic, and normal group can look similar, but they have different options and permissions.

You are trying to pin a special type of message
